Image of Two Students Holding a Large TrophyKindergarten and first grade students will be recognized during a Celebration of Success, Stedman Primary’s Awards Program, on February 2nd. The kindergarten program will begin at 12:00 p.m. and the first grade program will begin at 1:00 p.m..  Parents and grandparents are invited to attend.  Visitors may shop the book fair, located in the school media center, immediately following the programs.

Cumberland County Schools sign that reads, Collaborate-Compete-Succeed
The Cumberland County Board of Education has hired the North Carolina School Boards Association (NCSBA) to help facilitate its search for the next superintendent of the Cumberland County Schools (CCS). The Board wants direct input from members of the community to help shape the search process and to assist in defining the qualities and characteristics desired in the next CCS’ superintendent.

– Photo Identification of Parent/Guardian
– Certified Birth Certificate of Child
Immunization Record of Child
– Proof of Residency (Lease or Utility Bill)
– Completed Physical for Kindergarten Students
– Report Card (First Graders)
Children must turn five years of age on or before August 31 of the school year in which they enroll.
